How to Look More Alive Without the Use of Makeup

1.  Get your workout in early.
I'm not very excited about getting up early to workout. But, it actually works. Just think about it. When you wake up early you wake up your body and it gets your blood pumping.  And what do you get....A healthy, rosy, awake-looking glow.
2. Wear colors that flatter your skin toneNo neutrals. Try choosing a color that flatters you and gives you a healthy flush. For me, its any earth tone that really flatters my tone and also awakens my face. 
If you're cool toned: Choose jewel tones: shades of blue, pinks, purples, blue-greens, magentas, blue-based reds, or pure whites.
If you're warm-toned: Choose earth tones:  yellows, oranges, browns, army and deep greens, orange-based reds, or ivory.

3. Splash Your Face with Ice-Cold WaterSplash your face with ice-cold water as soon as you get up. It shocks your brain and opens up your eyes, and sends blood to your skin. In addition to that, the cold will have a de-puffing effect on your eyes.
4.Wear Cute Earrings.The right pair of earrings—can awaken and frame your face. Plus, they’ll take away unwanted attention from those tired eyes.
5. Drink as Much Water as You Can During the Day. 
Water is what hydrates our organs and our brain. We will feel better and look better. Add some citrus like lemon or lime slices. The scent and vitamin C will help increase your alertness. Living things wilt without water, we will too.
